La lezione che proporrò sarà teorica, parlerò dell'influenza della poesia e dell'immaginario Arabo nei testi delle canzoni. Esploreremo le caratteristiche della poesia Araba pre e post Islam, poi ci tufferemo nel magico mondo delle parole e della musica, per poter meglio comprendere "l'impatto emotivo" ed meglio apprezzare la bellezza dei testi.

The Bellydance Bundle is back, and this year I will have the pleasure to be part of the teacher's list.
I will be giving a lecture on the influence of Arabic poetry and imagery on the lyrics of songs. We will explore the characteristics of Arabic poetry, pre and post Islam, and then dive into the magical world of words and music, to better understand the "emotional impact" and appreciate the beauty of the lyrics.
